Balloon Whisks

Balloon whisks – for ideal fluffiness!
• Use the balloon whisks when whisking loose mixes such as meringue, cream, eggs or any batter that remains liquid or soft such as meringues and whipping cream, please use the single whips or stainless bowl with roller and  scraper attachment for heavier batters.
• Volume capacity: cream (0.1-0.8 litre), egg whites (2-20 eggs), pancake batter (0.5-2.5 litre), sponge cake mix (1-3 measures).
• Fits all Assistents N1-N30.
