The Birch Block Market/Ankarsrum Canada Return Policy
1. You can return items within 30 days
- You have 30 calendar days from the order date to request a return.
- You must pay for return shipping yourself.
- There’s a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund on any open/used product.
2. Packaging
- The product must be returned in the original box and packaging and properly secured with an outside box for shipping.
3. Conditions
The item must be:
- Clean
- Undamaged
- Complete (all parts included)
4. You must initiate the return yourself

- Provide your order number and return details.
No refund will be issued to dirty or damaged goods. Please reach out with any questions.
