little about me

My name is Erin and together with the help of my family and team, we want to welcome you to The Birch Block Market! I farm with my husband, our son and his family in Saskatchewan. Additionally we manage and operate multiple agricultural related businesses, all revolving around food production. From raising livestock, to supplying tools and equipment required to produce food (both on the farm and now in Canadian kitchens!) all the while practicing the principles of regenerative agriculture with a passion for healthier soils, plants, animals and humans. For us, this is full circle - having the opportunity to provide Canadians with the right tools to appreciate creating home made food for your families. 

Warranty & Support

Warranty

Ankarsrum has a 7 year limited warranty on their motors. If you require warranty work, please reach out. Information you need include: Serial Number, Receipt that includes purchase date, pictures of video of the issue and contact information.

You will be responsible for shipping to our warehouse and we will send it back once completed the warranty work.

Warranty Rules

The AKM6230 machine has a 7-year factory warranty which covers the machine excluding the stainless steel bowl and other accessories.

The warranty only applies to machines used in your own household and when you have followed the instructions in the manual. The warranty does not apply to transport damage or in the event of incorrect or careless usage or commercial use. The warranty does not apply in the event of incorrect maintenance. The machine must not be used for anything other than what it is intended for. The machine must not be opened or otherwise repaired by anyone other than personnel from Ankarsrum or a designated service point for the warranty to apply.
